2008 Groundrent on Greenacre West has been reviewed taking into account inflation, increased water consumption usage and costs there is a small increase to £1995.00 which includes the water, rates and VAT.
We are sure you will agree this is very good value taking into account the park standard, calibre and local area.
Also under review are the unit costs for the gas and electric which may result in a revision of prices around March time.
We have installed a new play area for children and we hope to have some patio furniture in place for Easter.
We look forward to seeing customers existing and new for 2008!
