Please do not forget to book your winter drain off for the months when we are closed. During the winter months water can damage parts of your holiday home as it expands due to freezing especially the heating system. We recommend that you do this using a recommended professional engineer. Should anything happen and a professional had not undertaken the drain off and used correct anti freeze etc your insurance may not cover it.
